Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand behind the quality of our products and services. All shipping of wine requires an adult signature at the time of delivery. We recommend shipping to a business address to ensure an adult is present during business hours.
Returns
StarWine Cellars cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages with the exception of a corked/flawed wine or if unordered wine is received as a result of a shipping error. Items that are damaged in transit or flawed/corked will be replaced. Any unsatisfactory items need to be re-corked with the remaining contents and returned in order to receive a refund. We reserve the right to deny a request for a return. Please report a corked or flawed wine or a shipment error, and arrange for a return by sending an email to: info@starwinecellars.com
If you wish to return your wine within 30 days of receipt for any other reason and opt out of reordering, you will be credited the bottles returned, less a 15% re-stocking fee and freight cost.
Reships
If your order has returned to our warehouse due to damage or an error on the part of the shipping carrier, we will re-ship it at no cost to you. If your order has been returned after three unsuccessful delivery attempts or an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee of $15 per package will be charged to the credit card on file.
Vintage Changes
Due to vintage changes in inventory, if an item in your order is no longer available, we will substitute it with the next available vintage.
